When should I use a weight lifting belt?

You should use a weight lifting belt when you want to progress on squats, deadlifts, and more. Use them for maximum or heavy sets only.

Do belts help you lift more?

Yes, wearing a lifting belt correctly can help you lift more! It does this by increasing the intra-abdominal pressure which creates more stiffness and supports your spine. This in turn helps you lift heavier weights comfortably and with confidence.

What’s the difference between a prong lifting belt and a lever lifting belt?

A prong belt uses a traditional buckle to secure it, allowing for easier micro-adjustments. A lever belt features a lever mechanism for quick tightening and loosening, offering a consistent fit.

How tight should a lifting belt be?

A weightlifting belt should be tight enough to support your core and back but not so tight that it restricts breathing or movement.

How do I put on a lifting belt?

Place the belt around your waist, just above your hips. Pull the belt tight, but not too tight, to allow for core bracing. Fasten the buckle to your preferred setting, ensuring the belt stays in place during lifts.

    First lifting belt

    I'm 4 months into deadlifting and have decided to get a lifting belt. WOW what a difference it makes on helping me avoid back pain!! Love the camo as well, would love more camo items

    Very high quality

    I was pleasantly surprised when I got this belt, the material is very sturdy but somehow soft at the same time. Doesn’t feel like a giant piece of leather around my belly which is great. I got a medium based off the size chart (even though I wear small in pants/leggings) but it fits with room to shrink 😉 im still technically breaking it in but it’s comfortable enough to wear right out of the bag. The pattern is super cute too I’m super happy with my purchase!
